Every recruitment process is different. But ultimately, after all those nice-looking people from a HR department, you will face developers. They are not
interested in what animal you think you are or answer to the question about your biggest negative trait (of course everyone is honestly revealing their
worst character flaw like laziness or addiction of Facebook, right?).
Developers are interested only in two things:
Is it possible to work with you as a team member?
Is code you are writing good enough?

mistakes in the code we write at work. How these mistakes are affecting recruiters' perception of a candidate
