    We are SoftwareMill - a group of various individuals: total geeks, humanists, fans of fantasy and karate, Apple and Android enthusiasts. Both our differences and shared values allow us to create one of the most employee-friendly companies in the IT industry. We work 100% remotely, from our homes scattered all over Poland (but not only!).

    The moment has come for us to decide to hire someone who will help us recruit new diverse personalities - who are also good IT specialists. So if you have at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and instead of standing in the morning traffic jams, you prefer to drink coffee at your desk in a comfortable tracksuit, this job is a great fit for you!

    After joining our company, it will be your main task to support and cooperate with people currently engaged in recruitment in the area of building and conducting end-to-end recruitment processes. We want to ensure the constant growth of our organization, and, at the same time, make sure our candidates are happy too - that applies both to those with whom we will cooperate and those that we'll thank at earlier stages.

    • Salary of 400-600 PLN + VAT per workday

  • What we expect

    • Independence, responsibility, and self-organization skills - competencies necessary when working from home

    • Experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes
    • Experience in creating selection tools
    • Knowledge of English at B2 level (we are a Polish company but our clients are not :))
