As a Senior Content Marketer at our fully remote software agency, you’ll contribute to long-term business objectives, grow SoftwareMill’s brand and influence major marketing initiatives. Our Marketing Team is not only dedicated to sales enablement, we also drive employer branding initiatives and build strong connections with the IT community by organizing developers' favourite events like Scalar and Rustikon. What will you do
- Shape our marketing strategy by contributing to high-level decisions on content direction, audience engagement, and campaign priorities.
- Develop and implement content strategies tailored to engage both B2B decision-makers and members of the IT community.
- Conduct in-depth research and analyze marketing personas to tailor content specifically for our target audiences.
- Leverage a variety of content distribution and curation tactics for maximum results, while ensuring our messaging and branding remain consistent.
- Take a data-driven approach to measure and analyze results, make informed decisions, and explain what works and why.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, Tech Leads, Sales and People Teams, and external partners to ensure marketing strategies align with the goals of SoftwareMill and its brands (Scalar, Rustikon, and ReasonField Lab).

What we expect
- You have 2+ years of experience in working in a software-agency or product company for the IT industry.
- Your content portfolio showcases your ability to simplify complex topics in a professional and easily digestible manner (please include it with your application).
- You enjoy creating compelling B2B content, and have exceptional editing and proofreading skills.
- You stay up to date with marketing tools and tactics, especially across areas like CRO, SEO, email marketing, social media, and project management.
- You can plan, organize, and manage resources to bring projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
- You build and maintain positive relationships, work well in a team, and are skilled at providing guidance and constructive feedback.
- You’re a creative self-starter who’s eager to learn, unafraid to share your ideas, and driven to make things better.
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills, along with native or near-native proficiency in Polish, as our internal communication is in Polish.
