Overview
Are you a self-starter with a knack for digital strategy and content marketing that drives results? We're SoftwareMill, a fully remote software agency built on long-term partnerships and meaningful work. Currently, we're looking for a Senior Technical Content Writer to join us and help our Client shape the voice of a fast-growing tool for developers.
You'll collaborate with product and marketing teams to create impactful content, including blog posts, tutorials, campaign messaging, and community-driven initiatives. Your focus will be on one of the most promising tools for devs in the ecosystem, helping them unlock their full potential.
We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about tech, storytelling, and making a real impact.
What will you do
- Plan, write, and manage content that engages developers across multiple platforms, including blog posts, video scripts, newsletters, and social media.
- Develop content strategies that support product launches, marketing campaigns, and community engagement efforts, ensuring each piece contributes to broader business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketers, developer advocates, and designers to align messaging, tone, and visual identity across all content formats.
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with developers, reflecting a deep understanding of the given ecosystem and its developer mindset.
- Establish and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all communications, helping shape the product's identity and place in the developer community.
- Leverage analytics and performance data to evaluate content effectiveness, draw insights, and optimize future pieces for reach and impact.
What we offer

- Collaborative culture: Join a friendly, passionate team that values creativity, teamwork, and having fun while doing meaningful work.
- Great Place to Work: And it’s not just our opinion – this unique culture has earned us the title of Poland’s Best Workplace in the 50–99 employees category.
