Currently, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help design an intelligent wealth management platform.

    In this role, you’ll design clear, practical, and easy-to-use user interfaces that help people better manage their finances. Working closely with teams in Poland and the U.S. you will turn complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly and elegant designs that make a real difference.

  • What will you do

    • Lead the end-to-end product design process, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
    • Partner closely with engineering teams in Poland and product/design peers in the U.S. to deliver user-centered solutions.
    • Work across time-zones to effectively collaborate with U.S and Poland teams.
    • Rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on design ideas in a startup-like environment.
    • Transform complex financial workflows into clear and accessible user experiences.
    • Apply and evolve the existing design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
    • Operate as a high-impact individual contributor, while remaining an open and adaptable collaborator.

  • What we expect

    • 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web or mobile applications
    • Excellent communication skills across distributed teams.
    • Ability to work asynchronously and align across time zones, overlapping with U.S.-based stakeholders when needed.
    • Proficiency in Figma and experience working with scalable design systems.
    • Proven ability to design for complex domains, ideally financial or automation tools.
    • A self-driven, proactive mindset, thriving in rapid, iterative, and high-ownership environments.
    • Openness to leveraging AI tools and design-to-code workflows to speed up delivery and innovation.
    • You have fluent written and spoken English, and native or near-native proficiency in Polish, as our internal communication is in Polish.
